I am Crystal Khalil, an entrepreneur and coach dedicated to guiding leaders to shine unapologetically brilliantly in their careers and relationships. After climbing the corporate ladder for 30+ years, I’ve learned the importance of leading with integrity, purpose, and compassion. Over the last 10 years, I became the first African-American on the executive leadership team at Porsche North America, launched my internationally bestselling book, “Hard Workers Work Hard, and Networkers Move Up!,” and am proud to serve as Chair of the Board of Directors for Caring For Others, an international non-profit organization that strives to eradicate poverty.
In 2020, I co-founded Sister Diamonds LLC with the help of my incredible partner and Wonder Twin, Dr. Nicole LaBeach. Now, I am proud to continue growing our organization and empowering successful women to achieve their FULL potentials.

CRYSTAL KHALIL
I am Crystal Khalil, an entrepreneur and coach dedicated to guiding leaders to shine unapologetically brilliantly in their careers and relationships. DR. NICOLE LABEACH
My name is Dr. Nicole LaBeach, and I am an entrepreneur, master coach, and mentor. I am a champion in helping others achieve results and discover their true self, regardless of their life journey or current situation. I’m a former corporate leader, entrepreneur and businesswoman extending more than 25 years. My faith and personal motto is “Life is a Gift. Living is a Choice!" I am the proud author of two books, "A Woman's True Purpose: Live Like You Matter" and "Choose Yourself: A Journey Toward Personal Fulfillment For Women."
Now, in addition to my various business ventures, I spend my time as an adjunct professor at the world-renowned Spelman College where I get to empower my incredible students. I was also the host of the Oprah Winfrey Network’s (OWN) “Put A Ring On It" for three seasons. In 2020, Crystal and I formed Sister Diamonds LLC, which has been the beginning of our truly purpose-driven journey.
Now, in addition to my various business ventures, I spend my time as an adjunct professor at the world-renowned Spelman College where I get to empower my incredible students. I was also the host of the Oprah Winfrey Network’s (OWN) “Put A Ring On It" for three seasons.
